Dear IAEP Members,
As was announced at the business meeting in Salt Lake City, the Executive Committee recommended that Barbara Muraca and Margret Grebowicz be re-elected as Co-Director and EC Member-at-large respectively. We asked for additional nominations, but none were received. Accordingly, Barbara and Margret have been declared re-elected, and we congratulate them!
Early in January we heard from Ladelle McWhorter that she had decided to resign from her position as Secretary of IAEP. We thank her for her service to the organization, and we look forward to her continuing involvement with it in other ways; it has been a pleasure to serve with her on the Executive Committee.
In accordance with the By-Laws, the EC has named Jonathan Beever to serve out the remainder of Ladelle’s term as Secretary (which ends this fall). We thank Jonathan for his willingness to serve on short notice!
